Valerie Francis-Lee
Founder & CEO
Valerie brings over 25 years of experience in real estate to her role as founder & CEO of Crescent Capital Investments. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Union Institute & University as well as an Associate of Science Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. Additionally, she is proud to be associated with several professional organizations such as Community Association Institute – Southeast Florida Chapter (CAISEFL). CAI is an international membership organization dedicated to building better communities. Valerie is a single mother to one daughter, Jordane, and one grandchild Aaliyah. Her mission is to apply a “hands-on” approach to execute the matrix of good asset management by increasing income, reducing expenses, and improving property values all while maximizing returns for investors. As a notary signing agent, Valerie is well known for her professionalism and integrity so trust will not be an issue while working with her as she applies due diligence to every transaction.
Jordane Harbin
Asset Manager
Introduced to real estate at the tender age of 3 months old, Jordane has developed a special love for the business. She went from being transported in an infant carriage accompanying her mom as she conducted open houses and drove customers around to make housing selections, to attending multiple real estate seminars throughout her teenage years. Jordane understood very early the importance of building wealth via real estate investing. Now as a young adult with her own child Jordane has taken a leap of faith by venturing into the world of real estate investing. Having studied the subject professionally, Jordane is ready to put her skills to work to maximize returns for investors amongst executing other asset management activities.
